Class Descriptions

Core Conditioning

Low impact, total body toning, Focuses on the core muscles with the use of fitballs.

Body Balance

A super stretch class incorporating a fusion of great moves from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.

Spinning

Based completely on specialised spin bikes and set to great music this class is excellent for calorie burning and great for the legs.

Body Pump

A high motivation class using free weights to music, helping to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Proven to change the shape of your body and help lose weight.

Body Attack

An aerobic class that is a great cardiovascular workout with rapid fat burning results.

Pilates

Focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, a series of controlled movements to engage one’s body and mind.

Body Jam

A cardiovascular workout based on a variety of dancing styles from all over the globe.

Ab Focus

Tone and tighten those tummy muscles with this abdominal and core focused class, guaranteed to get you working the right area.

LBT

Tone those areas you love to hate, this class focuses on toning problem areas below the belt, to great tunes.

20/20/20

20 mins of step, 20 mins of aerobics and 20 mins of whole body toning.

Circuit Training

This is a fast moving class working on cardiovascular fitness and toning with free weights, working on your own station at your own pace.

Boxercise

Following the same format as circuit training. This class also brings in some glove, pad and shield work to increase your heart rate and burn those calories.

Water aerobics

An aerobics class in water, low impact and a highly effective way to increase your overall fitness and muscle tone.

Family Water Games

Fun for all the family to get wet and wild, organised water Polo, Fun Races, Treasure Hunt, and loads more. (All participants must be able to swim 1 width unassisted or wear a safey aid) See ratios for age restriction.

Family Aerobics

An aerobics based class specially adapted to suit the whole family.

Family Circuits

A great class to get the whole family involved working on your own station at your own pace. A combination of aerobic work and fun fitness.

Family Class Ratio

Children ages 5-7 (1 Adult : 1 Child)
Children ages 8-10 (1 Adult : 2 Children)
Children aged 10 and over may attend alone.

If you are unable to attend a class please call 01708 446526 to cancel at earliest time possible to allow another member to participate. Constant no-shows will result in forfeiting the right to book.
