Classes
Working out with a group is arguably the most enjoyable and motivational way to exercise.We have a wide range of classes from beginners through to experienced users. Our fitness and Studio Instructors will be happy to give advise and point you in the right direction of the classes which would be best suited to your individual needs & fitness Levels.

The class timetable offers over 40 sessions each week. The classes are taught by many of the top instructors in the area and are regularly updated to meet the requirements of our members.
