Classes Working out with a group is arguably the most enjoyable and motivational way to exercise.We have a wide range of classes from beginners through to experienced users. Our fitness and Studio Instructors will be happy to give advise and point you in the right direction of the classes which would be best suited to your individual needs & fitness Levels.
The class timetable offers over 40 sessions each week. The classes are taught by many of the top instructors in the area and are regularly updated to meet the requirements of our members.

Class Descriptions Ab Attack Tone and tighten those tummy muscles with this abdominal and core focused class, guaranteed to get you working the right area. Aqua Aerobics A low impact aerobics class using the resistance of water. This is an effective way to increase your overall fitness and muscle tone. This class is also good for people with injuries. BodyAttack An Intense but motivational aerobics class that is a great cardiovascular workout with rapid fat burning results. Burn up to 800 calories per class!!! Body Balance A relaxed stretch class incorporating a fusion of great moves fromYoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. This will help improve flexibility and balance. Body Combat Non contact mixed martial arts based fitness programme with moves drawn from Karate, Tae kwando, Kung-Fu, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai & Tai-Chi. This fun class can help you unwind from a stressful day. Body Conditioning This class is ideal for beginners with a mixture of low impact aerobics and toning exercises using hand weights. Get fit and tone your whole body.
Body Pump A weights endurance class, using free weights to music, helping to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Proven to change the shape of your body and help you lose weight. Body Vive An all round low-impact workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. It’s ideal for those new to group fitness, those returning to exercise or rehabilitating after an injury, pre and postnatal mothers, and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness,strength and flexibility. Boxercise Work out like a boxer. In this class you will learn some boxing techniques using gloves and pads. Not only will you burn calories but you will tone your arms and core muscles. Circuits One of the best ways to work your whole body using cardiovascular fitness, strength and core work. This boot camp style class will get you working your heart and lungs as well as toning all areas of your body. Family Water Polo Fun for all the family. Get wet and wild in a game of organised water Polo. (All participants must be able to swim 1 width unassisted or wear a safety aid) See ratios for age restriction. Fitness Yoga All levels welcome. Targets Strength, Flexibility and Balance. Expect to see improvement in 8 weeks! A class that will benefit your mobility for life! Junior Street Dance A fun street dance class for children, learn some super cool dance moves, improve your co-ordination and get fit. Latin Fit A series of rhythmic moves set to Latin music with a salsa flavour that improves the aerobic capacity of the heart and lungs and burns fat. LBT A low impact legs, bums and tums class that tones those problem areas. With a fun atmosphere LBT is a great class for beginners. Pilates This class concentrates on deep postural muscles that require both stretching and strengthening. As well as rebalancing posture and correcting alignment, it is excellent for back rehabilitation. Spinning Based completely on specialised spin bikes and set to great music,this class is excellent for calorie burning and great for the legs. Spin Circuit Interval based training that incorporates all indoor cycling and total body conditioning. Step This choreographed exercise class on a step platform is great for weight loss and cardiovascular fitness. Zumba Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba programme is all about.
